Obama couldn't end or face racism in his own church. Here is a man that has profered the idea that he can bring peoples and countries and leaders together in peace. Yet he ran from the basic "house" that he lived in. His congregation. Probably the one group of people that needed him the most. He chose to cut and run. This just doesn't work for me. He is the one person that could have truly made a difference in the lives of every member of his church and set an example to all of America and locked the candicy for sure. Being a leader starts by leading. Often times you must lead, like the great leaders of our the United States, into tough territory. President Bush and our Vice President are leaders. They fight the good fight and they know where that fight is. We owe them thanks for staving off the wolves for so long. The USA is in a fight today the likes of which it has never seen. I pray we are here later in history and able to look back at the shear magnitude of this battle.
